About Us
Eric Tarn
Eric started his first company, Virtuosic LLC, while employed at a full-time job to take on side work creating websites for local businesses. Inspired by finding the perfect team and the ability to deliver work that always exceeded client expectations, he decided to start fresh with a new name and concentrated on Simande full time.

Yin Yin Chan
Yin is a strong believer in the practice of semantic html and unobtrusive JavaScript. She often daydreams about a world where tables only exist in Ikea or around tabular data and not as a means of creating the structure of a webpage.
She has been playing a fair hand in eliminating in-line JavaScript and creating a cleaner, more easily editable development environment. She feels that behavioral separation will ultimately create a more fluid teamwork between JavaScript, css and html.
Yin's history of web development includes work for companies such as Turner Broadcasting, Wachovia Bank, and Mercedes-Benz USA.
Matthew Shampine
Matt co-founded his first web development company in 2005 and catered to political campaigns and organizations. While he was there working as the Operations Manager, Matt worked to expand their list of clients to include non-profits, academics, and businesses along the East Coast.
Matt graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and currently works at Mercedes-Benz USA as a Web Developer. When he's not busy working, Matt can be found eating on the Internet at I Blog What I Eat.
